The size of a value that can be assigned to a vitrual attribute should not exceed 100 MB.

Additional Information
There is no upper limit for virtual attributes in ARS, other than implied the attribute syntax. For instance, there is no upper limit for a string value (DirectoryString syntax). However, there are some limitations imposed by technologies used by ARS internally.
