How to disable Starling 2FA in Active Roles (4227170)

As outlined in our product notification for Hybrid End of Life Support, Starling 2FA will cease to function as of November 1, 2022.

The steps provided below outline how to disable Starling 2FA in Active Roles.

As noted in our notification, alternative 2FA and MFA options are available using Federated Authentication as outlined in the Active Roles Administration Guide.

How to disable Starling 2FA in Active Roles

1. Launch the Active Roles Configuration Center
2. Navigate to Starling on the left menu
3. Select Starling 2FA
4. Click Disable Starling 2FA
