Unable to run the user status statistic task. Getting a user counter error in the event log.
Result: Failure Info: An error occurred while running the task TaskUserCounter: Error 'Error.Auditing.UnableToRemoveRecordsByID'

Resolution
Solution 1- Stop the Password Manager service
- Proceed to c:\ProgramData\OneIdentity\EAF\ on the Password Manager server
- Delete the GUID that is listed
- Start the Password Manager service
Solution 2- Open the PMAdmin page, select the Reporting tab, and select Disconnect Servers to remove the connection to the reporting services database
- If more then one instance of Password Manager, stop the Password Manager service on each instance
- Delete the EAF folder on each instance c:\ProgramData\OneIdentity\EAF\
- Start the Password Manager services on all instances
- If more then one instance select an instance to perform the reconnect on one instance only (Other instances will update within 10-15 minutes, no action required on a additional instances)
