Wrong keyboard language in RDP login window -
Description
When the client workstation keyboard is set to Swiss French, the SPS RDP authentication window defaults to US English QWERTY which causes users to not be able to login because the correct characters cannot be entered. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
The user can change their password to something that uses characters that match between Swiss French and US English QWERTY keyboard.
STATUS
Issue will be resolved in upcoming release 6.6.
