HA State Degraded on New SSB Deployment -
Description
Upon initial HA pairing of 2 Syslog-ng Store Boxes (SSBs) the HA state reports as degraded.

Cause
If HA is initiated before the RAID is fully synchronized, the HA will fail. -
Resolution
The Slave HA Syslog-ng Store Box (SSB) will need to be re-imaged and can only be joined to HA once the RAID has been fully synchronized.
