How to Import or Export a Workflow.

Product Design.

In order to import or export a workflow ‘Extensibility Features’ must be switched on in the Admin site.

To enable this setting navigate to

• PMAdmin | General Settings | Extensibility | Turn On.

To export a workflow navigate to

1. PMAdmin | Home | <management policy>
2. Click on and open the workflow to be exported.
3. Click on ‘Export workflow’
4. Save file. The workflow file will be saved to the default ‘Downloads’ folder.
5. This workflow can now be imported into a different management policy.

To import a workflow navigate to

1. PMAdmin | Home | <management policy>
2. Click on ‘Import workflow’
3. Click on ‘Upload’ to search for the file. Note that the workflow is saved as a ‘zip’ file
4. Select the desired file and click ‘OK’.
5. Test the workflow
