You may wish to customize the notifications sent out during a workflow.

Resolution
Use the following steps to configure the notification email in a workflow:
- First open your workflow that you wish to customize.
- Double click the "Notification Rule"
- Click the Notification tab on the left.
- Click Add or Edit an existing rule.
- Select the event email from the drop down.
- Click "Notification message" tab
- Click Modify.
