Form fill not populating and there are no errors. -
Description
We are configuring a new form fill application and the login form is not populating. All URL's and settings seem ok. -
Cause
If Cloud Access Manager tries to enter the credentials before the page is fully loaded it might fail. -
Resolution
RESOLUTION:
In the tab labelled 'Configure Form Fill' there is a box on the left titled 'Advanced'.
You can set the "Form-fill Delay (ms)" to a value that allows the page to complete loading before Cloud Access Manager attempts to enter the credentials into the page. This can be modified to suit the needs of that page.
