Error "Command fail. Return code 5" appears in the "Test System", "Reset Password" and "Check Password" logs. Does TPAM support Fortigate Fortinet VDOMS (Virtual Domains) ?

No. Fortigate Virtual domans are not supported.
WORKAROUND
The 'Custom Platform' feature introduced in 2.5.911+ could be used to allow management of this specific platform.
