When logging onto Cloud Access Manager with Active Directory Front End Authentication, if the user has "User must change password at next logon" set on the AD account, the user receives the error: "Invalid credentials".
Cloud Access Manager includes a Password Management Option which can be used to integrate with a self-service password management application (e.g. Quest One Password Manager) to provide users with a link to reset their forgotten password or unlock their account from the Cloud Access Manager login page. Cloud Access Manager is not a password management system in itself and is unable to change a users password.
