To investigate why a batch processing (e.g Import Accounts) fails:
1 Select Batch Processing | Import Accounts
2.Select History | FileName of the batch file.
3. Selet Details Tab.
The error message will be reported in the details tab.
e.g
... Importing the data into a scratch table ...
Auto-Detect File type=CSV, Row Delimiter=CRLF, Header columns=detected
First non-empty row seems to contain headers.
lab-batchupdate2.csv Successfully loaded for processing: 3 rows, 4 columns
... Processing scratch table to work table...
WARNING: Unrecognized column name will be skipped: action
ERROR: One or more required columns missing from Import File. Missing column: Auto-Password Mgmt

Examine the import file and repopulate the missing column.
