There isn't functionality within Syslog-ng that will provide a list of agent certificate expiry dates.

Depending on how certificates are managed in your environment, for example if internally, you could check the central certificate store which will have this information for the agents.

If you use a Certificate Authority you should also be able to get the certificate expiry information from the CA site.

You could also look on the agents individually by running certmgr.msc and looking under (usually) "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" for the hostname and the corresponding certificate expiry date.
