How to get Management Console for Unix to accept Duplicate Public SSH Keys
Description

In some environments it might be desirable to allow the Managment Console for Unix (MCU) to accept duplicate public ssh keys.
This can be especially true in environments were cloning of virtual machines is common.
Cause

This is disallowed by default for security reasons.
Resolution

If you log into the MCU as the supervisor (this account should have been setup during initial install) you can select 'Preferences > System Setting' in the upper right hand corner.
On the initial screen, labelled 'General' there should be section labelled
"Duplicate SSH public keys"
You can check the box that says
'Allow hosts with the same SSH public keys to be added to the console.'
