Unable to import or delete applications from the ChangeBASE workbench -
Description
Unable to import applications to ChangeBASE, the import process fails each time but the import log is empty. Any attempts to delete applications will also fail and any RAG reports will also be empty.
When closing and then restarting the ChangeBASE application the same behaviour is seen but there are no error messages displayed.

Cause
In this instance the server hosting the SQL database had completely run out of free disk space, only 1MB free. -
Resolution
Verify that the SQL server hosting the ChangeBASE database has sufficient free disk space and if necessary relocate the database to another drive which has more available space.
