Problem when exporting configuration from GUI on Windows 2008, 2008 R2 -
Description
In Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2, when trying to export a configuration, you can only see the “Documents” folder which has no write permission so you can’t write to that folder.

Resolution
You need to add manually the location “My Documents” and then the export will suceed
