Resolution

1. Upgrade to the latest 1.7 Java (JRE)
2. Open up Control Panel
3. Edit the Java properties, browse to the Java Tab.
4. Under the Runtime Parameters column, add "-Xmx256M" (without the quotes) and enable this setting.
