In the README.txt file of DB_Oracle_CLI_Upgrade.zip, instruction states:
"The password encryption can manually be done by executing 'Dbwc_Common_Oracle_EncryptString(<Password>)' function from Foglight's script console".
What needs to be done?
Cause

Need to encrypt DB user password
Resolution

Please perform the following steps to manually encrypt the given password:
1. on Foglight console, expand Administration | Tooling | Script Console - under Scripts tab, click "Add"
2. in the "Enter Script Text" section, enter
Dbwc_Common_Oracle_EncryptString("password_goes_here")
3. Run
4. Copy the output for the script
