Login https://TPAM-IP/admin/ManageAlertReceivers.asp1.If an existing email alert notification is already configured, please "Send Test Message" email. Check if the intended recipient received the Test Message.2. If no existing email alert is configured, please create a fake alert and send a test email.Screen shot the full error message when sending a test email or the error in the test email message. -
