Home Folders are not created when users are provisioned through the Synchronization Service -
Description
When provisioning users through the Synchronization Service, Home Folders are not created or set in accordance with the Home Folder provisioning policies.
When creating the users manually, the Home Folders are set as intended.

Cause
Home Folder provisioning policies require that a sAMAccountName be set during the Sync process in order for the Home Folder provisioning policy to trigger. -
Resolution
Configure a Forward Sync Rule in the Synchronization Service Workflow which generates and sets the sAMAccountName attribute for the newly created users.
