Two factor authentication is not working with Yubi key -
Description
Two factor authentication is not working with Yubi key. All other tokens appear to be working, but not the Yubi key.
Yubi key is working for other systems.

Cause
At current Cloud Access Manager only supports 16 characters for the OTP response.
Yubi Keys with a minimum length higher than 16 characters will not work.

Resolution
Use different Yubi keys that allow for 16 characters.
Change Request 803937 has been raised with our Product team for consideration of inclusion within a future release of Cloud Access Manager. There is no ETA at this time. (August 27th, 2019)
