Some customers have a requirement to allow helpdesk users to assign passcodes and then send them to end users either by SMS or to an alternate email address. (An email address that is not listed in Active Directory for that user).
Currently Password Manager does not support this functionality. However there is an enhancement request for this feature which may be included in a future release of the product.
