When attempting to test a TPAM CLI account the following error is returned
“Permission denied (publickey, keyboard-interactive). Cli test Failed!”

Cause
The CLI User name in TPAM CLI ID Management is case sensitive.

Resolution
Ensure the case of the username in “TPAM CLI ID Management” and in “User Management” is the same.
