None. This is not currently possible.

Enhancement request BFER3341 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Quest One Privileged Password Manager. -

BFER3341 is an enhancement to allow a global setting to disable accounts that continuously fail after x number of days. If necessary, another setting will be created to enable post releases Password Resets to cease after X attempts.
