Cause
This affects customer who was previously only on PPM and have now added the PSM module.

Resolution
Issue is resolved in hotfix_3873. Please retrieve this hotfix from the customer portal
This hotfix requires a minimum version of 2.4.803. -
Additional Information
2.4.804 does not include this hotfix.
