Resolution
This has been corrected in 2.5.913. For previous versions, there is an existing Hotfix if required.
WORKAROUND
Hotfix_6536This adds the reviewer information from the account which was recorded at the time the review was created. The new fields will be visible in the Details tab as Reviewer Type and Reviewer Name. If it shows a group name, then a user from that group must be the one to complete the review. This implies that users from that group still have review privileges to that account.Hotfix_6536Applies to TPAM 2.5.910-2.5.912**IMPORTANT** Hotfix_6521 MUST BE APPLIED BEFORE APPLYING THIS HOTFIX!Display the review requirements which were in effect on the account at the time a password release or session review was created.
