WORKAROUND
In order to remove the line between the Product Logo and Company Logo do the following"
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Dell\one Identity password manager\Web\User\Content\qui\custom\css\positioning
- Open positioning.css in a text editor
- Search for .logo-separator
- Comment out the border-left settings as follows and save the file:
/* border-left: 1px solid #ffffff;
border-left: 1px solid rgba (255, 255, 255, 0.3); */
The above example is for the Self-Service site. To do the same for the Helpdesk site simply substitute helpdesk for user in the filepath above.
