Unable to access the Sudo Policy Editor. 'ClassNotFoundException' reported. -
Description
The following error is reported when trying to access the sudo policy editor via the Management Console for Unix (MCU) after the Java version was updated to 1.8.0_171.

Cause
A cipher suite required for negotiation has been explicitly disabled.

Resolution
- Open “jetty.xml” in a text editor.
On a Linux server this file is located in “/opt/quest/mcu/etc/”
On a Windows server this file is located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Management Console for Unix\etc\jetty.xml"
- Search for the sections "ExcludeCipherSuites" and “IncludeCipherSuites”.
- Verify that the entries in each section are valid. It is likely that one of the entries in the Exclude set needs to be removed and added to the Include set.
Note:
If the same cipher suite is included in both the "ExcludeCipherSuites" and “IncludeCipherSuites” sets then the Exclude will take precedence over the Include. So for a cipher suite to be active it will have to be deleted from "ExcludeCipherSuites" and added to “IncludeCipherSuites”
