One Identity Safeguard does not reset the passwords after check-in -
Description
After a successful request and check-in, safeguard does not reset the account password. The account is showed as "Pending Password Reset" in the Access Requests dashboard. -
Resolution
The account is shown as "Pending Password Reset".
Navigate to the password profile assigned to this account, verify if the box for "Change Passwords Manually" is checked. Uncheck this box so that safeguard will now manage the password after a check-in. (automatically)

This setting is the very similar to TPAM's Manually managed accounts.
