Web-IT logins using UPN format fails with "Logon failure - unknown username or bad password or wrong domain specified".
Resolution

Ensure that the connection broker and Web-IT servers are patched to at least vWorkspace 7.2 MR1. UPN format logins may fail in previous versions.
