Support may request the "Patch Log" or "Patch History" of a TPAM appliance as part of the troubleshooting process.
The steps below outline how and where to gather these.
To collect the Patch History
Version 2.5:
- From the /admin interface select Maint | View Patch History
- Select All Dates then click the Export Log to CSV button and save the file
Version 2.4 and below:
- From the /paradmin interface select Maint | View Patch History
- Select All Dates then click the Results tab
- Select all the rows and paste to a text file or take a screenshot of the page.
To collect the Patch Log
Version 2.5:
- From the /admin interface select Maint | View Patch Log
- Select All Dates then click the Export Log to CSV button and save the file
Version 2.4 and below:
- From the /paradmin interface select Maint | View Patch Log
- Select All Dates then click the Export Log to CSV button and save the file
