Slow sudo performance on AIX -
Description
After updating Privilege Manager from version 6.1.1.0 to version 7.1.1.0 On AIX client systems, running sudo commands takes up to two seconds more. -
Cause
After upgrading Quest Privilege Manager for Unix from 6.x plugins to 7.x plugins on a client system running AIX, sudo becomes slower. -
Resolution
A fix will be available in the next release of Quest Privilege Manager.
Please continue to run 6.x plugins on AIX servers to avoid the added delay in cases the delay is problematic
