Description
When installing an Authentication Services (AS) license via the cli, the following error is reported

Cause
The format of the AS licenses changed with the release of Safeguard Authentication Services (SAS) 5.x
The 4.x licenses have a “.txt” file extension and the 5.x licenses have a “.dlv” file extension
SAS 5.x is installed on the host and the license is for AS 4.x
The license is incompatible with the version of Authentication Services installed on the host.

Resolution
Add the correct license type to the existing installation.
If you do not have a SAS 5.x license contact the One Identity licensing dept.
