The following type of error message appears when trying to install Safeguard Authentication Services on Redhat 5:

Running rpm_check_debug
ERROR with rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:
rpmlib(FileDigests) is needed by vasclnt-5.0.5-57504.x86_64
rpmlib(FileDigests) is needed by vasgp-5.0.5-57504.x86_64

Cause

Using wrong installation rpm.
Resolution

For Redhat 5 systems you must use the packages under the rh5 directory.

32 bit :
\client\linux-x86\rh5

64 bit:
\client\linux-x86_64\rh5
Additional Information

Note that Support for Redhat 5 will be deprecated when Safeguard Authentication Services 5.1 is released.
