Please note: Google Apps is only support via federation and will not work in proxy form fill.
WORKAROUND ON CAM VERSIONS LESS THAN 8.0.1.7148 :
1. Turn off Google Apps provisioning in Cloud Access Manager by clearing the Enable Provisioning to Google Apps? checkbox in the Google Apps Provisioning section of the Google Apps for Business application configuration.
2. Create Google Apps users manually in the Google Apps web administration interface, making sure that the “Primary email address” for new users properly maps to the Cloud Access Manager configuration found in the Subject Mapping section of the Google Apps for Business application configuration.
3. Delete Google Apps users manually in the Google Apps web administration interface.
a. The Google Apps icons will remain visible in the Cloud Access Manager Application Portal. To hide the icons for manually-deprovisioned users, define a new Cloud Access Manager Role that includes existing Google Apps users and excludes the deprovisioned user(s). Replace the current role(s) granted permission to Google Apps with this newly-created role in the Permissions section of the Google Apps for Business application configuration.
b. An alternative is to upgrade to hotfix, after which it will once again be possible to unmap Cloud Access Manager users from Google Apps using the Un-Map User button in the User Mapping section of the Cloud Access Manager administration interface. The unmap procedure will remove the Google Apps icon(s) from the user’s Application Portal.
