Cause

Solaris group limitation
Resolution
Please refer to your operating system instructions for help with setting the max groups.
You can see the amount of group by the following operating system command: getconf NGROUPS_MAX
The default value can be reset as follows:
1. Edit the /etc/system file and add the following line:
2. set ngroups_max = 32
3. Reboot the system.
Verify that NGROUPS_MAX has been set to the correct value after rebooting using the getconf command.
# getconf NGROUPS_MAX
32
