Errors when vgptool detects different license files -
Description
When vgptool detects licenses that are pre version 5, the following logs are generated:</var/opt/quest/vgp/gpt/EA5EE0F3-1C61-4E1C-5CF7-BCAA8D244FA8/Machine/VGP/VTLA/Licensing/VAS_license_XXX-XXX-XXX> is unreadable or not a '5' style license, skippingJan 4 15:05:10 server001 .vgptool[3393]: [ERROR vtlalic.cpp:116] License </var/opt/quest/vgp/gpt/EA5EE0F3-1C61-4E1C-5CF7-BCAA8D244FA8/Machine/VGP/VTLA/Licensing/VAS_license_XXX-XXXXX> is unreadable or not a '5' style license, skippingAround every 90 minutes, so each time vasd runs vgptool.

Cause
When vgptool runs it verifies the license, and since it either knows only a 4 or 5 style license, the other is incorrectly marked 'invalid'. -
Resolution
Upgrade to Authentication Services 5.0.3The "vgptool" tool verifies the license file. The invalid license file is now reported on a DEBUG logging level instead of ERROR logging level. This is now an expected behavior in systems with version 4 and 5 SAS product models. -
