RESOLUTION 1:
Upgrade to the latest version of the TPAM software. Improvements are made to each successive version to improve usability and performance.
RESOLUTION 2:
Ensure that all sessions are terminated properly.
Users MUST click the "Terminate" button when they are finished with the session to make sure the request is cancelled properly.
RESOLUTION 3:
If desired, you can set a Global Setting to kill all active sessions that exceed a defined number of hours.
To do this:
- Log into /ADMIN interface
- Go to System Status / Settings
- Click Global Settings
- Scroll down to Category: PSM Sessions, Option Name: Max Session Duration (Hours)
- Enter a value for the number of hours you would like.
CAUTION: If this setting is enabled, ALL sessions will terminate after this predetermined amount of time, regardless of whether they are active or not.
