Description
Installed QAS admin tool for Windows in my Windows XP Professional machine. When I try to open Vintela Active Directory Users and Computers, I got "MMC could not create the snap-in".

Cause
Windows server admin tools ( Active Directory Users and Computers) were not installed. QAS is an extension to it.
