FAILURE: 604 reported incorrectly for system-auth-ac -
Description
On Redhat, a system-auth PAM file that calls system-auth-ac returns the following error even if the system-auth-ac file is properly configured for QAS:FAILURE: 604 /etc/pam.d/system-auth does not appear to be configured to use QAS -
Cause
This is caused by a defect in the vas_status.sh script. -
Resolution
This issue is corrrected in version 0.7.6 of the vas_status.sh script.
This most recent version of the script can be downloaded from ftp://ftp.vintela.com/vas/support/vas_status.sh.gz
