Is it possible to use the Defender Management Shell to create new soft tokens of AES type? -
Description
When using the PowerShell cmdlet Add-SoftwareTokenToUser, the soft tokens are created as OAUTH by default. Can it be possible to create an AES type of token with the Powershell cmdlet? -
Cause
The PowerShell cmdlet Add-SoftwareTokenToUser will currently create OAUTH tokens. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND: None; it is not currently possible to use the Powershell cmdlet to create a AES soft token.
STATUS: Enhancement Request # 258746 has been created to review the possibility of adding the ability to create AES soft tokens in a potential future release of the product.
