This knowledge article is to provide instructions to acquire a Fiddler Capture to diagnose application setup issues.
1 - Download the Fiddler 4 application and install it on your workstation(if you have not already). Go to http://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler
Select Fiddler for .NET4
Select Web debugging
Fill out your email address and accept license and then click Download Fiddler
Click Save the file and then run the exe and install it.
2 - Enable the option to decrypt HTTPS traffic: Tools \ Fiddler Options \ Https | select ‘decrypt HTTPS Traffic’
Ensure this option is checked when collecting the trace as the data will have to be recollected if it is not.
3 - Restart the Fiddler program
5 - Run Fiddler on the client browser machine and capture the activity when logging in to the content server login page directly. Then login to the page via Cloud Access Manager, reproducing the issue.
6 - Save the resulting output as a Session Archive (SAZ) file and attach to the SR.
