Error provisioning any Azure user object -
Description
During the provisioning process of an Azure user, after selecting to create an Azure account on the wizard the following error is shown:
"Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
"Object: OU=OU,DC=domain,DC=com"
In the ds.log the following error is exhibited:
"AzureUtilities:GetAssociatedTenantIdFromDn : Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

Cause
This error indicates that the Office 365 tenant added to the Active Roles does not have any licenses. -
Resolution
Ensure that a valid license or a trial license has been added to the Office 365 tenant.
