Automatic assignment of employees to user accounts not working -
Description
When connected to a target system, Automatic assignment of employees to user accounts is not working when the account is disabled. How can Identity Manager assign an Employee object to a disabled User account? -
Resolution
To have disabled User accounts in a Custom target system get automatic assignment to an Employee in Identity Manager, the Configuration Parameter "PersonAutoDisabledAccounts" needs to be enabled. To enable this setting:
1. Open "Designer"
2. Select the "Base Data" navigation option
3. Expand "General" and select "Configuration Parameters"
4. Expand "TargetSystem" | "UNS" and select "PersonAutoDisabledAccounts"
