Approvals not working through web UI in 7.4 -
Description
When a change is made in the web UI, the approval pops up, the reason is entered but the dialogue box doesn't close itself after clicking OK:
The window just sits there:
If the 'Finish' button is clicked, the approval is requested again:

Resolution
The R&D team has released a Maintenance Release (7.4.1) to address this issue. -
