Azure unable to list cloud only users and contacts when viewed in the Active Roles Web Interface
Description

Cloud only users and contacts are missing. The only way to have this populate is to select the change group owner tab where it will show all users including those missing. However, when you check again the Azure users container it will remove the missing users again:

This is a caching issue.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None.
