Receiving error: Cloud Access Manager server is unavailable or user is not authorized when using Internet Explorer (IE) 11 -
Cause
Added support for Internet Explorer 11 in CAM 7.0.2. There is no associated ER number with this change but it is listed in the 7.0.2 Release notes.

WORKAROUND:
Use another browser such as Chrome.
RESOLUTION:
Upgrade to One Identity Cloud Access Manager 7.0.2
