While trying to apply a new patch the error is being returned "Patch is Already in Progress". The patch logs do not show any failed or incomplete patches.
1 - Upload the patch again from the 'Apply a Patch' screen
2 - Type "/clear" without the quotes in the options field then apply the patch.
3 - Upload the patch again and apply it without anything in the options field.
If the above steps do not work the appliance will need to be restarted.
