Session Inactivity Timeout Configuration -
Description
User's sessions are not timing out. When users login to the CAM portal the session stays active indefinitely. -
Cause
Older versions of One Identity Cloud Access Manager did not have a timeout limit that was configurable. A user was only logged out by specifically clicking the "log out" button. -
Resolution
Enhancement Request 351835 to allow session timeout configuration has been included in version 7.1.0.6071. The latest 7.1 version can be downloaded from this article.
RESOLUTION:
Upgrade to a version 7.1.0.67110 or higher.
