1 - Try using the domain name with Port 636 and SSL/TLS checked with No certificate is required

RESOLUTION 2:
PLEASE NOTE: This option is less secure and not recommended for production environments.
To change the security setting on a Windows Domain:
Click Start | Run | gpedit.msc
In the Group Policy Object Editor, select the following: Computer Configuration | Windows Settings | Security Settings | Local Policies | Security Options
Locate the following entries:
Domain Controller: LDAP Server signing requirements.
Network security: LDAP Client signing requirements
To enable simple binds for use with the SSB, change them to the following:
Domain controller: LDAP server signing requirements = None
Network security: LDAP client signing requirements = Negotiate
