When viewing the Total Collection Count on the Weekly Appliance Usage batch report, it is noted that the count may be incorrect. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND: None.
STATUS: This has been corrected within TPAM 2.5.915. From the TPAM 2.5.915 Release Notes:
BFER 7371: Fixed total collection count on the Weekly Appliance Usage batch report.
